California fires map: How the deadly wildfires are spreading

Some of the deadliest wildfires on record continue to ravage California, with at least 28 dead and countless homes destroyed.

Gusting winds have made it challenging for authorities to keep them contained. More than 3,500 structures have been destroyed during the blazes.
