Harry H. Kazakian is Dedicated to Helping Attorneys Win Cases

Harry H. Kazakian is a distinguished figure in the field of catastrophic injury incident investigations and legal support services for law firms. He has worked as the founder, president, and chief executive officer of USA Express Legal & Investigative Services Inc. since 1998. Most recently, Mr. Kazakian has launched the USA Legal Intake application to make the lives of attorneys and paralegals easier in the workplace. 

Founded in Woodland Hills, California, USA Express Legal & Investigative Services focuses on risk control and the investigations surrounding accidents and wrongful deaths, wherein they place special emphasis on ensuring justice for victims, as well as for survivors and their families. Mr. Kazakian also works as an independent adjuster and a private investigator at his own company, at which he maintains responsibility for business operations and directs many of his own investigations. 

Before he committed his time to the firm, Mr. Kazakian served as an emergency medical technician and a first responder between 1982 and 1997, as well as a high exposure claims adjuster at the Automobile Club of Southern California between 1988 and 2009. His background in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) has provided him with a rich background in emergency response. He cites his tenure as an EMT to be one of the highlights of his professional career, though he gravitated to investigative services from a formative age.  

Mr. Kazakian received his private investigator’s certificate from the School of Private Investigations in Atlanta in 2001. Along with his academic background, he is a licensed independent adjuster with the California Department of Insurance, as well as a licensed private investigator and certified criminal defense investigator. 

Mr. Kazakian has received a plaque for providing education and guidance to clerical support with the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and a plaque for donations to the California Highway Patrol 1199 Foundation that supports widows and the education of children, among others.  

Recently, Mr. Kazakian and his team of professionals have developed a mobile application called “USA Legal Intake,” which is expertly designed to drive client information onto process servers and files of private investigators in real time. This aids attorneys and other legal professionals with client retention, as well as with in-take signup services, service of process and investigation requests. The application, which has access to every county in the state of California as well as many in Arizona and Texas, will soon be shared nationwide to help aid attorneys and paralegals in the process of collecting documents at any point in time.  

Mr. Kazakian arrived in the country when he was 12 and entered the private investigation industry because it had fascinated him from a young age. His love of solving problems led him to develop the skills necessary to solve a wide range of issues. His motto of “Every day is a new day. See how you can make it better for someone” captures not only his work ethic, but his spirited commitment and passion for helping those who need it the most, especially to those victims who have suffered life-altering injuries or the losses of loved ones.
