“I had been in the industry for a while working for a few companies as a salesman,” Aaron explains. “However, I just couldn’t find a ‘home,’ so I decided to start my own business.” But soon, things began to fall short when, after numerous sleepless nights, undergoing all tasks by himself caught up to him.

Struggling to manage his roofing business efficiently, with no software or CRM devices to store his growing list of clients' contracts safely, he persevered—determined to prove to not only his older brother but best friend and mentor Brandon that he could achieve his dream.

Until one day, the thought of combining forces sparked a transformative resolution.

“At the end of the year, he sent me a screenshot of the business's success,” says co-founder and operations manager Brandon. “At that moment, I knew he was serious about taking this business off the ground. From there, everything just naturally came together.”

“Even though we had gained success, the money was not creating fulfillment in our lives,” adds Brandon. “As soon as we realized that our company's mission had changed, we focused on our impact on other people—we wanted to build leaders.”
