Xpand Realty and Property Management in Las Vegas, Nevada has reached a milestone in completing 498 transactions in 2022 with $177,294,060 in sales volume.

Despite the adverse market conditions, Xpand ended up improving on the 482 transactions completed in 2021 and  $149,138,424 worth of sales volume.

Xpand Realty and Property Management was founded in 2009  by Randy Hatada, a native of Hilo, Hawaii who has resided in  Las Vegas for the past twenty years. Xpand works to provide robust and holistic real estate services. Hatada’s passion is to educate people on the process of renting, buying, selling, and investing in homes. The team at Xpand Realty and Property Management found there is a lack of resources in the public education system when it comes to teaching people about how to prepare for their future housing needs.

The team at Xpand Realty and Property Management work with their clients on a personalized basis to consult and guide them in managing their properties and real estate investments. This helps their clients to establish a line of generational wealth that will help future generations already have a foothold for owning a home.

Hatada has been one of the top one percent of realtors in the city over the past 15 years and he was recently ranked as the number ten real estate agent out of an estimated 16,500 agents by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Hatada has also spent the last four years as a Director for the Association of Realtors for Nevada and Las Vegas.

Hatada says Las Vegas has provided him with the opportunity as an entrepreneur to build Xpand Realty and Property Management. Hatada and the team at Xpand work diligently with the diverse Las Vegas market and have experience serving the “Ninth Island,” which refers to the large Hawaiian population in Las Vegas, to help them find housing and invest in real estate.

Even though Las Vegas is referred to as “Sin City” and often has perceptions of being a place where people come just to party and gamble, Hatada says there is a lot more to the city than that. The city is home to over 2.5 million residents with more people seeking to relocate for better economic and financial opportunities. Another reason Hatada has put a focus on helping people buy, sell and invest in real estate in Las Vegas is because even though the city provides jobs and opportunities there has been an increase in the cost of living, which could continue to increase in the future.

“I learned a lot from my father who worked in corporate America, but he had a great understanding of how to use real estate as an investment vehicle, and he enriched me with that knowledge from a very young age,” says Hatada. “My goal is to take that knowledge combined with experience and use it to help people navigate through what can be a complex obstacle in buying, selling, and investing in real estate.”
