Mastering the Mind: How William Lam Is Looking To “Upgrade” The World Population Through Neuroscience

In today’s high-speed world, productivity and purpose have emerged as critical components of entrepreneurial success. Yet, striking the right balance between the two often proves challenging. Often we find ourselves held back by our own limiting beliefs, lack of knowledge or simply a life philosophy that was passed down to us by our ancestors. Regardless of the mental barrier  William Lam, the founder of UPGRD, is on a mission to eliminate these mental blocks for clients around the world. Rather than offering temporary fixes or emotional hype, UPGRD targets the core of productivity issues — the human mind. “Our mission is to help people achieve their true potential, not by working harder, but by leveraging their subconscious mind,” says William. Here’s how he plans to upgrade the minds of the world population.

Lam’s Journey To Unlocking His Mind

William’s path to establishing UPGRD has its roots in a family history steeped in caution and restraint, stemming from his grandfather’s traumatic past of enslavement. These generational beliefs impacted William, culminating in a personal and professional plateau at the age of 26. “I felt stuck, but I knew I had the power to change my circumstances,” says William. Leveraging his programming background, he embarked on an expedition to “reprogram” his mind, a pivotal decision leading to the birth of UPGRD.

UPGRD Is More Than A Coaching Program

The development of UPGRD posed significant challenges, from grappling with financial constraints to finding his initial clients, but perhaps converting complex research into a user-friendly model was his greatest challenge. “Imagine taking something from Microsoft DOS to iOS 15… we had to take complex methodologies and present it in a way that is usable for the everyday person.” Despite these obstacles, his unwavering conviction in UPGRD’s potential kept him on course.

For Lam, UPGRD is more than a business, it’s his life mission. “I truly believe this is my responsibility to make the world better - to UPGRD the populations productivity and purpose.”

How UPGRD Works

Seven years into its journey, UPGRD stands as a comprehensive system that aids individuals in mapping out their conscious and subconscious goals, and actively instilling these into their subconscious mind. The three-step process entails:

1. Goal Mapping: “We delve into your real desires, not just what you consciously think they are,” explains William.

2. Installing Goals: “We use highly advanced neuroscience and training techniques to anchor your goals into your subconscious mind.”

3. Precision Planning: “We tailor a plan that’s aligned with your mind and your goals.”

Reflecting on this, William shares, “We’ve committed millions of dollars and immeasurable hours to fine-tune UPGRD, creating an effective tool to unlock human potential.” The end result of his commitment has been a program that is being integrated by corporations, individuals and even countries around the world.

Looking To A Better Future

Looking ahead, William plans to expand UPGRD’s reach globally, making the transformative methodology available to a broader audience. “We’ve worked largely behind the scenes until now, but it’s time to bring UPGRD to the world,” says William. His ambitions go beyond personal success, with the overarching goal of uplifting humanity by enabling individuals to realize their true potential and diminish fear.
