We can claim Social Security at 62, Medicare at 65. Butย the โ€œfullโ€ retirement ageย for Social Securityย is 67, and our benefitsย donโ€™tย max out until 70.ย With all those numbers flying around, Americansย mightย beย understandably confused about when, exactly, they are expected to retire.ย
