The fest is scheduled to open 2 - 11 p.m. for viewings of the 3 p.m. Spain v. Portugal game and 8 p.m. USA v. Belgium game.

Rain and thunderstorms are on deck to continue in Philly today, providing a break from the intense heat that baked the region over the holiday weekend.

According to the National Weather Service, chance showers and thunderstorms are in the forecast throughout the day and night, with a high near 80 degrees.

A flash flood warning was issued for the area through 2:15 p.m., and a flood watch until 8 p.m.
