A Buc-ee's in Nebraska? See where the chain is opening stores in 2026.
Buc-ee's, the larger-than-life travel center known for its eager beaver mascot, is expanding into new markets this year.
Ohio, Arizona and Arkansas will host grand openings for their first Buc-ee's locations by the end of this year, Buc-ee's Media Coordinator Crissy Gonzales told USA TODAY on Feb. 4. And another store will open in Buc-ee's home state of Texas by July.
Though ground has not broken, Nebraska may soon get its first Buc-ee's travel center. In late January, the city of Gretna, Nebraska, about 20 miles southwest of Omaha, initially approved the prospect of using land for a 74,000-square-foot Buc-ee's, fit with 100 gas pumps, as reported by the Nebraska Examiner. Buc-ee's declined to comment on the proposed location on Feb. 4.
Here's what to expect from the beloved travel center.
