Critics tried to shame Pink for taking her son to the zoo. She smacked 'em down, naturally

Pink shut down haters who trolled her for taking her son to a zoo in Germany this week.

Yes, Pink said she was done sharing photos of her kids on social media.

During an appearance on "Ellen" in April, the pop star said the mean-spirited mom-shaming comments led her to say 'enough!'

"I cried so hard," she said referring to trolls who came for her after posting a photo of her 2-year-old son Jameson without a diaper during a vacation.

But on Monday, she shared a picture of herself and son at a Hamburg, Germany zoo on Instagram and, like always, a few people had to bring their uninvited judge-y selves to the table.

"I’m surprised you go to zoos," one person commented. "Animals shouldn’t be in captivity. If it was a sanctuary — that’d be different."

Pink, never one to shy away from criticism that involves her family, snapped back at the poster who racked up a few hundred likes.

"I believe in capturing a child’s interest and love for an animal before teaching them about things like captivity," she wrote. "But thank you, the world needed your wisdom today."

Another poster said she's not a "troll" but, "I think if we taught children about what really happens to animals rather demonstrating our 'dominion' over them, that knowledge would awaken love for all living beings."

Do you think that medicine with a spoonful of sugar went down well? Let's see...

Pink responded to the poster saying, "Here's the thing though...I don't remember asking you for your opinion or your help in raising my child. This isn't the place for a debate. Call cnn, or call the zoo."
