If you tried to snag tickets for Hamilton tonight via the Broadway show's new online lottery, we're gonna break the bad news to you now: You didn't win. 

Lin-Manuel Miranda reassures fans after digital lottery crashes

Show creator Lin-Manuel Miranda announced that his daily ticket lottery/performance, called #Ham4Ham, was moving online for the winter. However, the site crashed on its first day up.

The only good news here? That means Miranda and his team will have a live lottery outside of the theater while the problem is fixed.

So he can bring magic like this first #Ham4Ham of the new year, where Saturday Night Live's Taran Killam sang an original song about "The 12 facts of Hamilton not covered in the show."

In the meantime, let's not complain to Miranda about the snafu.
