Compare as Angelina Jolie and the original 'Maleficent' face off in this exclusive clip

Angelina Jolie was stunning as the fairy in the summer hit Maleficent.

But you really need a video comparison with the original Maleficent from the 1959 Disney animated classic Sleeping Beauty, to truly appreciate the likeness.

As you can see from this exclusive extra from the Maleficent Blu-Ray/DVD release on Nov. 4, the characters are true sinister sisters.



As producer Joe Roth says, "Once I saw Jolie in full costume I thought, 'She is the character come to life.' "

Director Robert Stromberg adds, "You can look at (Jolie's) picture and Maleficent's image that we know and see it as a marriage made in heaven."
