This legendary comedy troupe is no more. It has ceased to be.

And as you might expect, their requiem was as funny and poignant as a parrot pinin' for the fjords.

Monty Python performed for the final time in public on Sunday at London's O2 Arena, the last of a 10-show "pre-posthumous memorial service." So how did the comedy legends wrap up their remarkable 40-plus-year career?

By singing Always Look on the Bright Side of Life from their 1979 film Monty Python's Life of Brian, of course.
