Starbucks winter menu 2026 includes Dubai Chocolate, pistachio drinks

Starbucks new winter menu, which becomes available Jan. 6, includes a Pistachio Cortado, Iced Dubai Chocolate-inspired Matcha, Pistachio Latte and Iced Dubai Chocolate-inspired Mocha and Truffle, Mushroom & Brie Egg Bites.

Starbucks' winter menu drinks, Iced Dubai Chocolate-inspired Matcha and Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha, both have pistachio sauce, milk and ice, and are topped with cold foam and a salted brown-buttery topping.

Starbucks is making pistachio flavor a year-round drink customization option. Winter menu limited time drinks include the Pistachio Cortado, Pistachio Cream Cold Brew and Pistachio Latte: Espresso. You can also order a Pistachio Frappuccino with or without coffee.

Starbucks' winter menu drinks, Caramel Protein Matcha and Caramel Protein Latte, are made with protein-boosted milk and caramel syrup and can be ordered hot or iced.

Valentine Cake Pops are back as part of the Starbucks winter menu.

Individual size bags of Khloud Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn Protein Popcorn (7 grams of protein per serving) will now be available year-round at Starbucks.
