St. Augustine art exhibit brings artists' perceptions of US history

The St. Augustine Art Association recently launched "When in the Course of Human Events,â celebrating America 250. Artists were invited to compose works of art that reflected their thoughts on the philosophies or grievance resolutions regarding the Declaration of Independence. "A Lot of Ins, A Lot of Outs. A Lot of What Have Yous" by Melissa Parra-Morrow won Honorable Mention.
