Tal Fromchenko is building Leveraged around a clear belief: strong traders are developed through ambition, education, discipline, guidance, and access to capital. He believes this because it is his personal foundation from his youth when he first became an amateur and hobby racer.

Through racing, he came to understand that it was the development of talent, the guidance, and the investment that made a great racer, and it is his mission with Leveraged to provide all of those things to novice traders.

Background on a Builder and a Trader-Focused Founder

Fromchenko started studying Math and Computer Science at a university at the age of 16. He graduated Cum Laude, a high honor in academia.

As a self-proclaimed serial entrepreneur, he learned about prop trading and entered the prop trading industry with the mindset that he could disrupt it by making it widely accessible. To Fromchenko, anyone can become a trader with a strong educational foundation.

He believes that this accessibility will make the industry successful in the long-run, so he founded Leveraged to deliver the skills and hone the talent successful traders need.

Founder’s Philosophy: Trading Can Be Learned

It is Leveraged's founding philosophy that trading can be learned, but more than that, it is a skill with talent that can be developed. If prop trading is more than an innate ability, that opens the doors to a wider audience of traders, part of Fromchenko’s mission from the start of Leveraged.

This belief and guiding principle comes from Fromchenko’s own experience. He grew up with an uncle who was an amateur racer, and Fromchenko loved the speed of racing.

However, he realized when he was being passed by the other kids that he didn’t have the same skill level as they did. His passion and excitement for the sport were not enough to propel him to the top. That knowledge didn’t stop him, but instead became a driving force behind his desire to get better.

He later bought his first sports car, and when asking his uncle how to upgrade it, he says he received the response, “Invest in yourself—take advanced driving courses and become a better driver.”

Investing in oneself is very similar to the strategy of Leveraged, which is to invest in others. Choosing to work with Leveraged for education can be a form of self-investment, which is exactly what Fromchenko did to develop himself in racing.

He worked with coaches and practiced, transforming his skill but also his mindset. What was once an understanding that drive requires skill to back it up developed into the understanding that skill transformation is not a solitary process, but necessitates the assistance of teachers and a space to learn. He founded Leverage to combine this understanding he reached with his newfound interest in prop trading.

Personal, Not Faceless

Leveraged is different from some other up-and-coming businesses because Tal Fromchenko makes himself accessible in a unique capacity. Not only does he share his personal racing story on the company website, but he also hosts “Ask Me Anything” live sessions and maintains a very available inbox.

To him, “traders should know who are the people behind the company they work with…” and he exemplifies that. It is a specific interpretation of being an accessible leader and teacher.

The Future: Growth With Purpose

Fromchenko’s aspirations for the future are as straightforward as he is: continue building Leveraged so more traders around the world can become successful. He intends to focus on providing the services to budding prop traders so that they can gain experience and guidance to grow their skillset.
