Bath & Body Works new Mother’s Day collection is peachy floral
Saman ShafiqBath & Body Works is gearing up for Mother’s Day with a new fruity and floral collection designed to deliver "an uplifting, sensory escape grounded in optimism and joy."
The body care and home fragrance brand is collaborating with Indiana-based handbag and luggage brand Vera Bradley for a limited-edition collection "that brings together fragrance, design and gifting across body care, home fragrance and accessories."
Taking center stage in the collection is an exclusive new fragrance, Peach Blossom & Nectar, which features "notes of peach nectar, golden freesia and sweet beechwood, delivering a true to life peach profile designed to feel fresh and uplifting for spring."
'Perfect for celebrating moms'
Bath & Body Works executive VP of merchandising Kristie Lewis, in a statement, said the collaboration brought together the best of "what each brand does best."
“Vera Bradley is known for color and pattern, and we’re known for connecting with consumers through our trend-forward fragrance," Lewis said, adding the teams worked closely "on bringing that spirit to life through scent and design."
"From the fragrance to the packaging, every detail was created to feel thoughtful, joyful and gift ready for Mother’s Day," Lewis said.
Vera Bradley co-founder Barbara Bradley Baekgaard, in a statement, said the collection is built on the brand's ideology of "creating things that bring joy and connection into everyday life,” and blends "fragrance, color and design into something that feels cheerful, uplifting and perfect for celebrating moms and the people who mean the most to us.”
What is included in Bath & Body Works Mother's Day collection?
Bath & Body Works said the collection "spans body care, home fragrance, home decor and accessories across the three unique fragrances and 22 forms," with prices "ranging from a $1.95 PocketBac to $69.95 Eau de Parfum."
The collaboration also includes two additional fragrances, which are paired with a coordinating cosmetic bag created exclusively for the collection, including:
- Pink Berry Burst: a playful, fruity blend
- Blue Washed Sky: a fresh, cozy scent
Collectible accessories, meanwhile, include:
- Peach Pedestal 3-wick candle holder
- Vera Bradley Peach Spray Sanitizer & Lip Holder
- Vera Bradley Peach Scent Control Nightlight Wallflowers fragrance plug
When will Bath & Body Works Vera Bradley collection be available?
Bath & Body Works rewards members get dibs on the collection and can shop select products, including the eau de parfum, ultimate hydration body cream, and 3-wick candle pedestal, on the app and online starting March 22.
The full collection will launch in stores and online in the U.S. and Canada on March 23.
The company said the products will also be launched internationally later in the year and are expected to "reach more than 40 markets."
